Well-established Electrical supply company seeks an individual for inside sales. We specialize in obsolete and hard to find electrical equipment as well as large electrical systems and electrical material.Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining sales of in house electrical material, breakers, panels, and other equipment. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00. Benefits are available after 90 days and compensation up tp $20/hr monthly commission. all Major holidays are paid time off. Tasks and Responsibilities:*Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures*Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone*Learn competition to enhance your sales success*Proactively create opportunities for new business*Make warm and cold calls to create new sales and identify and pursue up-sell opportunities*Build relationships to foster repeat business*Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:*Two year Electrical Field experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail, including consistent punctuality and accountability
*Aggressive, competitive, and committed initiative*Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude*Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships
  • Working knowledge of electrical equipment, customer needs, basic electrical systems and theory.
  • Phone sales skills
*Excellent customer service skills*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel (shopify preferred)

Expected hours: 40 per week
base Pay up to $40k/year or $20/hr Monthly commission
