Our clients seeks an experienced Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Accounting Support Specialist to handle invoicing and accounts payables. You will work at their office in Des Moines, Iowa.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $52,000, based on your experience. You will work Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8am-2:30pm.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Checking and approving invoices
• Inputting invoices
• Reviewing weekly invoice registers
• Reconciling Accounts Payables into system
• Maintaining approved vendors
• Reviewing vendor statements
• Reporting
• Taking deposits to the bank
• Entering invoice adjustments

To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience. In addition, you must have:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Great computer skills, Microsoft office
• Previous experience with invoicing
• Understanding of computer-based accounting system
• Ability to compute rates and percentages
