Position: Funding Account Operations Specialist

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio - HYBRID (work from home and office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispatch daily funding letters and registers to clients promptly.
• Reconcile processed work by meticulously verifying entries and cross-referencing system reports with balances.
• Monitor daily bank account activities and ensure accurate allocation to individual customer accounts.
• Address inquiries from clients managing their own bank accounts, offering timely troubleshooting and support.
• Post and release registers in Impact and Redcard systems efficiently.
• Facilitate internal setup and termination of groups in Impact software.
• Verify client accounts through meticulous reconciliation of monthly statements and associated transactions.
• Uphold organization's confidentiality standards by safeguarding sensitive information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations by actively participating in educational opportunities.
• Fulfill additional accounting duties as required to support organizational goals.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in analyzing information and identifying discrepancies.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive client relationships, both internal and external.
• Comfortable with PC operations and adept at data entry.
• Strong numerical aptitude and general math skills.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in general accounting.
