Supervises: No Hours per Week Expected: 40
Full/Part-time: Full-time
Purpose of Position:
Responsible for being the first point of contact for S.T.A.R. – Stand Together And Recover Centers, Inc., at the Administration office in person and over the phone. In line with our company culture we are seeking a candidate who is friendly, reliable, punctual, dependable, and professional.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
· Receive all Incoming calls and emails related to Training programs. Provide administrative support with non-billable and billable services for all trainings.
· Provide Peer Certification administrative support to track attendance, create Certificates / Letters of completion, and send out all certificates as required.
· Maintains training program files and operation department files to ensure compliance.
· Provide Receptionist Desk support each Monday from 8am – 4pm on Monday’s as needed.
· Complete and submit OIFA monthly reports.
· Works with Microsoft Office software to produce statistical reports as needed.
· Pulls information from online databases and maintain spreadsheets for Training & Development Department
· Tracks and documents all internal and external Trainings use preformatted or new tracking measures.
· Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of training meetings and/or trainings.
· Support all New Hire On-boarding for employee training by scheduling training or organizing training materials needed.
· Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs.
· Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors.
· Become a Peer Certified and facilitate trainings as needed.
· Any other duties as deemed necessary.
