REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong hands on experience needed on end user support forWindows PC and Mac related issues
- Ability toassign and work on incident tickets through Service Now.
- Ability to support new user onboarding and preparingnecessary IT equipments.
- Ability to followtechnical guides for retiring and wiping old devices (Workalongside asset manager).
- Ability to followtechnical guides for imaging and configuring new pcs.
- Ability to work through Resolving end users issuesrelated to hardware and software.
- Well versedin note taking and gathering information on issues for ticket inService Now.
- Proactive mindset and eagernessto learn with enthusiasm for helping others.
- Willing to get additional training from team members orattend available trainings.
- Ability to fixissues and support all flavors of client operating systemsincluding windows and Mac
- Ability to supportiOS and other handheld devices.
- Knowledge ofsupport for Microsoft Office Suite Office 365 online and Desktopapplication.
- Knowledge on various hardwareplatforms to troubleshoot and break fix hardware issues(particularly dell and Mac PCs) Working technical knowledge of manytechnology services to address down issues deploy new and loanerlaptops answer questions about cabling televisions projectorsphones peripherals (e.
g. keyboards or mice) Mac and PC orescalation to the appropriated teams
