Responsibilities will include:
- Overall administration of the Quality Management System, including information management, change management and compliance.
- Manage an internal audit program to ensure Quality Management System compliance, maturity, and effectiveness.
- Develop risk-based internal audit schedule and allocate appropriate resource for its execution.
- Coordinate implementation of system level corrective and preventive actions as counter measures to audit findings.
- Lead continuous internal and external audit readiness efforts.
- Coordinate and support external audits for certification bodies, customers and interested parties.
- Contribute to a people-first culture in alignment to Saab values, demonstrating core Company values: Trust, Drive, Expertise, and Support.
- Other tasks as assigned to support operation.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field required.
- 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
- 3 years of experience in Aeronautics Industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and AS9100.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment to drive for results.
