These services are in support of test planning, test execution, test support, test operations and associated logistics for a wide variety of systems across their life cycle, which include focus areas such as Arms, Ammunition, Explosives, Weapons Systems, and associated platforms utilized by the Expeditionary Warfare community. Secondary support areas include Sensors and Communications, Mobility Platforms, Systems Integration, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment with unique military applications; and other new or existing systems or systems of systems that require independent testing for Expeditionary Warfare.
Mandatory Skill Requirements (must Have)
Simulation AnalysisExperience with the following simulation types include but are not limited to stochastic simulation such as Monte Carlo analyses, finite element analyses, 3D simulation, operational simulation, computer simulation, training simulation, process simulation, physical simulation, and other simulation types.
Operational AnalysisExperience in operational analysis in the areas of mathematical analysis; statistical analysis; developing plans; designing testing procedures; SOPs; data collection methodology and analysis; design of experiment; modeling; simulation; identification of appropriate problem-solving methodologies; understanding military operations; data envelopment analysis; system optimization; and other operational analysis tasks.
Mathematical AnalysisExperience in mathematical analysis to include: mathematical optimization, development of mathematical models, model validation, computer simulation, data analysis, reporting, and other analysis. Types of mathematical models include: linear, non-linear, deterministic, probabilistic, static, dynamic, discrete, continuous, black box, white box, and other required models.

Mandatory Skill Requirements (must Have)
- Eight years specialized experience in the areas of Statistical Analysis, Simulation Analysis, Operational Analysis, and Mathematical Analysis development and evaluation/testing of major weapons systems. Capable of performing independently and leading a team of mixed (senior and junior) technical staff.
- Required to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
- Candidate will be considered a Senior Weapons/Ordnance Systems Statistician and work with the Ammunition group at NSWC-Corona, Fallbrook detachment. Candidate would support Expeditionary Systems Engineering Division with the determination of ammunition stockpile reliability and service life projections.
- Candidate must be familiar with and able to use R.

- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
