What Skills/ Experience are we looking for?

• 5 years as a Customer Success Manager (SaaS B2B)
• Proven track record of driving customer results
• Base technical skills - ability to run queries and help customers with features/ functionality
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Process - 3 stage

• 1st - Call with Hiring Manager
• 1-1 with Head of CS
• Presentation or Task/ Panel Interview
