As a young company, we are constantly revising the tools and strategies we employ to develop our current grant-funded projects. Thus, we are looking for individuals who can quickly adapt to new tools and processes while appreciating the complexities underlying the unique technology and research approach utilized in the development of our products and programs.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Education, or Digital Learning

• Master’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Work Experience Demonstrating:

• Successful development of eLearning programs– compelling course content with activities that enhance the learning & retention process, learner assessment/evaluation, and supporting audiovisual media

• Use of Instructional Design technology- Learning Management Systems, Media production tools, team collaboration platforms, and project management software

• Knowledge of Social Science, Education, and/or Digital learning curriculum development and technical writing protocols for conducting behavioral research

Critical skills include: Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Visual Design, Multi-Media Design, Script Writing, Project Management, Social Media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
