Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Manager at Sabella & Marshall CPA's. The Tax Manager will be responsible for tax planning, compliance, preparation, and staying up-to-date with tax laws and regulations. The Tax Manager will collaborate with clients and provide expert advice and recommendations related to tax strategies and optimization. You will be responsible for a book of clients with the partners being available for questions and advice. You can grow your book and your income will coincide with your billings. We receive hundreds of referrals each year and you have the opportunity to bring aboard many new clients to manage. Additionally, the Tax Manager will oversee and review the work of other tax professionals in the firm. We also operate on a 4 day workweek outside of tax season!

Qualifications

• Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation skills
• Expertise in Tax Law and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tax calculations and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of tax software and tools
• CPA license is preferred
