Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of outside sales agents, inside sales agents, and independent agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the merchant services industry and a passion for driving teams to achieve aggressive goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management:
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of outside sales agents, inside sales agents, and independent agents.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  • Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience in merchant services or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Attributes:
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $55,000 per year
  • Commissions: Uncapped, based on sales performance
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Additional earnings potential based on meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Total Potential Earnings: $55,000 - $200,000 annually
