What You'll Do as the Cost Accountant:

• Be the Financial Maestro: Ensure the smooth operation of our accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and daily accounting activities.
• Crunch the Numbers: Provide accurate and timely reporting on product costs, cost of goods sold, and variance analysis. Dive into the bill of materials to verify product costs with precision.
• Create Clarity: Generate insightful month-end close reports, operating accounts, and variance reports. Monitor business performance and share your findings.
• Innovate and Improve: Collaborate and recommend improvements in areas like Working Capital and Operations, making our processes better and more efficient.

What We're Looking For in a Cost Accountant:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, with a love and understanding of the manufacturing world.
• Skills for the Cost Accountant :

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, capable of juggling multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Bringing your Manufacturing - Accounting background to the company!
