- Work with customers to refine and finalize requirements
- Work with customers and IT staff to finalize technical, system and security requirements
- Ensure requirements are at the right level of detail
- Analyze requirements for completeness, compatibility, clarity, etc.
- Develop business process re-engineering recommendations
- Establish requirements traceability
- Document requirements refinements and finalization
- Work with customers to determine future business processes
- Perform gap analysis of current business processes to future business processes
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test script development
- Assist with UAT activities as needed
- Future business process workflows and profiles
- Gap analysis of “as is” vs. “to be” business process
- Work with Project leadership to track Project Budget, expenditures, and line item balances
- Work with Project team to detail Project allocation and expenditure tracking and reports
- Analyze monthly and average budget usage rates to report anomalies
- Develop a portfolio of budget reporting for various project governance reporting or meetings
- Continuously reconcile planned budget amounts to actual expenditure amounts
- Develop expenditure trend analysis and advise project management of trend impacts
- 5 years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.
- 5 years of broad and extensive project management (PM) experience successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects
- 5 years of team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience.
- 5 years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
- Consulting experience for a project worth at least $5M
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5 years’ experience using analytical support documentation and automated tools
- Business Process documentation (e.g., Use Cases, work-flow diagrams, reference guides, user manuals),
- Service Management support applications,
- Business Intelligence analysis applications (writing SQL queries).
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst.
- Project approval lifecycle (PAL) documentation development, application requirements analysis, business process analysis or re-engineering (e.g., supporting conversion and transition to a new application)
- 2 years’ experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst on the implementation and support of Salesforce solutions.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university.
