We are seeking an Experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to lead our litigation practice!

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, arbitrations or before government agencies
• Interview and market to potential clients
• Advise clients on litigation and settlement strategies
• Conduct discoveries
• Prepare and lead trials as first chair
• Perform administrative and management functions as assigned by the firm, including supervising junior associates

​​ Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in commercial litigation
• First chair trial experience, especially jury trials.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
