Duties include but are not limited to:

- Develop, train, counsel and lead a team of sales representatives

- Close Deals as necessary

- Train, Motivates and manage sales staff

- Manages Sales Team

-Drive traffic into the dealership, continuously following up throughout the buying process.

-Provide quality customer experiences

-Actively working to meets sales goals and striving for overall profitability of the dealership.
