Currently seeking: 1st grade teacher, middle school math teacher, art teacher

• Must have a professional attitude and be able to deal with students from diverse backgrounds, have a diverse set of experiences, and represent the Sacred Heart School family values consistently in all interactions with students and other teachers.
• Must have or be willing to obtain DCF clearance upon hire along with fingerprinting and background check.Duties include:
• Assisting in the implementation of curriculum based on lesson plans provided by teachers (with support from the school administration).
• Establishing and maintain a positive relationship with parents, students, community members, and one another.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, classroom aides, office staff, and school administrators.

Perform daily observations of student performance in classrooms/tasks/projects to provide feedback to teachers on student behavior issues as needed.
