We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing with a robust background in AI-driven marketing strategies to lead our marketing department.

Job Description

The Director of Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of AI-enhanced marketing strategies to increase client engagement, optimize marketing operations, and drive growth. This role requires an innovative leader proficient in integrating artificial intelligence with traditional and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI-driven marketing campaigns that personalize customer interactions and enhance user engagement.

- Utilize AI tools to analyze market trends and consumer behavior, enabling predictive marketing and decision-making.

- Lead AI-driven content creation and digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and dynamic email marketing.

- Oversee the integration of AI with CRM and other marketing technologies to enhance customer relationship management and lead scoring.

- Develop AI-enhanced public relations strategies and networking initiatives to improve brand visibility and community engagement.

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering an innovative culture that embraces AI and machine learning technologies.

- Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical considerations in deploying AI-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior role focusing on AI-driven marketing strategies.

- Proven track record of implementing successful AI-enhanced marketing campaigns.

- Strong experience in digital marketing, data analytics, and AI tools.

- Experience in developing AI-driven insights to guide marketing strategy and customer engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required.

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence is strongly preferred.

Certifications

- Certified in Artificial Intelligence Marketing (AIM) or similar AI-focused marketing certification.

- Google Analytics and AdWords certifications.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

Skills:

- Expertise in artificial intelligence applications in marketing, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable marketing strategies.

- Innovative and strategic thinking with a strong analytical mindset.

- Proficient in AI marketing platforms and tools.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to cater effectively to our diverse clientele.
