Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pet care, excellent customer service skills, and commitment to working within our team to provide and exceed the top-notch care and compassion our clients deserve.
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, client emails and texts, and schedule appointments
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the practice management system
- Process client payments
- Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting of 1 year is preferred
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology and animal anatomy knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
