Director Employee Relations Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Relations, the Director of Employee Relations: 1) Using a customer service approach provides human resources consultative services to client group by providing guidance on employee relations policies and practices 2) Monitor and help to enhance employee morale 3) Function as primary HR contact for all client group employees and 4) The agency is committed to infusing our anti-racism value into all our work at Safe Horizon and its culture.
