What we need...

SafeBasements is seeking a dynamic, motivated Integrations Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in successfully integrating acquired companies. Reporting to the VP of Integrations, this is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced project manager to play a pivotal role in our growth.

What you'd do....

• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan encompassing all functional areas such as finance, operations, IT, HR, sales, and marketing
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional integration teams internally and externally to ensure seamless integration of processes, systems, and cultures
• Manage the integration timeline, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the integration process
• Establish effective communication channels and facilitate knowledge transfer between the two organizations
• Monitor and report on integration progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the integration process
• Drive owners of change management initiatives to implement the identified synergies and value creation strategies and report on progress

What you'd need....

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• At least two years of experience in project management, preferably with M&A integration experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

This position is based in our office in St Louis Park, MN. Because we are in the early stages of building our acquisition capabilities, the team has found it valuable to be together in the office Monday-Thursday, and we mostly work remotely on Fridays. We all have flexibility to work remotely on ad hoc days as personal demands arise.
