What You'll Do:

• Lead the effort to assess the impact on current interfaces.
• Develop a strategic plan to modernize interfaces using cutting-edge tools like Informatica and Microsoft .NET.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions ensuring financial data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and build financial models.
• Evaluate and implement data integration tools with a focus on security and efficiency.
• Mentor colleagues on best practices for using Informatica.
• Document integration processes for regulatory compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Manage complex projects and resolve production issues across teams.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) meetings to ensure project success.

Who You Are:

• 5-8 years of experience in Information Systems or a related field.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with .NET application development and DevOps principles (highly desired).
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage projects in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile project management methodologies (Scrum preferred).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Microsoft Power BI, or Oracle Data Warehouse.
• Knowledge of mainframe programming languages and financial systems (ERPs).
