Safeline Insurance Agency is a leading provider of commercial insurance for individuals and businesses nationwide, and we are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team! Specifically, we are looking to hire an agent who has experience with General Liability, Business Owner's Policy (BOP), and Workers' Compensation (WC) insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Stay knowledgeable of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscape specific to General Liability, BOP, and WC insurance markets to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Not responsible for lead generation

Qualifications:

• P&C License
• Previous experience in commercial insurance
• Someone who is enthusiastic about insurance and sales
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
• Spanish Speaker is a plus
