Duties And Responsibilities
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapting work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Direct point of contact bridging the business project owners with IT technical resources
- Ability to think critically, research information on risks, and make informed decisions using proper judgment
- Ability to multitask and accurately track statuses of multiple projects
- Ability to convey technical ideas to a non-technical audience
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Project Management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- In-depth understanding of modern day SDLC practices
- Ability to relay technical specifications into business definitions
- Previous scrum master experience is a plus
- Experience working in Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus.
