**Job Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Duties:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting - Provide assistance with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises - Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals **Skills:** - Experience in meal preparation and cooking for individuals with specific dietary requirements - Knowledge of tube feeding procedures and protocols - Familiarity with medical records management and documentation - Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics - Understanding of memory care techniques for clients with cognitive impairments - Proficiency in providing care in nursing home or home care settings - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers - Knowledge of healthcare systems and protocols for delivering quality care If you are a caring individual with a passion for helping others, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position as a Home Health Aide.
