## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
## Duties
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Utilize transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management for efficient logistics coordination
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain customer records
- Analyze transportation planning data to optimize fleet management and dispatching
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for effective freight management
## Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of SyteLine or similar customer service software is a plus
- Familiarity with transportation planning, fleet management, and dispatching concepts is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour
