```Duties:```
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the pool area
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as checking chemical levels and cleaning filters
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs

```Qualifications:```
- Must be certified in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Prior experience in lifeguarding or a related field is preferred
