Description: As a Marketing Manager at SafeTouch Security, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand promotion, increasing installation volume, and ensuring profitability. We're seeking a candidate with significant experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various mediums, preferably within the alarm security industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand promotion and profitability.
  • Analyze daily business results and adapt pricing strategies in response to market conditions.
  • Create and manage campaigns for online and offline lead generation.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, including media selection and management of vendor relationships.
  • Manage the marketing budget, prioritize media spend effectively, negotiate media contracts, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance organic marketing channels and optimize search engine marketing through website enhancements.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events and conferences.
  • Integrate marketing efforts of newly acquired businesses into the company's brand.
  • Develop internal communications to support cultural initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing objectives.
  • Manage a team of direct reports, fostering productivity and growth.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and materials for tradeshows.
  • Execute specialized offers and campaigns, such as Welcome Back Blitz.
  • Explore leveraging resources from partners like Alarm.com to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Research and benchmark marketing strategies of regional security companies.
  • Develop prospect lists based on sales’ focus.
  • Ensure proper utilization of Sales Force.com for tracking campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • 7-10 years’ experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with proficiency in online marketing tools and graphic design software
  • Strong understanding of various media channels and market insights in the installation and service industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience. Business or Marketing major preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn in-house software applications.
  • At least 3 years of experience and success leading major accounts and managing a marketing team of 5 or more.
  • Experience in lead generation, account management, and consumer marketing preferred.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects at one time.
  • Collaborative team player who places a high priority on internal and external customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Manages a team of 10 direct reports.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Type: Full Time, exempt
Work Location: Hybrid, headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Must reside in FL. Must live within 1 hour of an airport.
Travel: up to 50%.
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000Benefits:
