Job Description:
Safra National Bank is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to interface with clients and other departments of the bank.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university Preferred
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 license required for the position
2 years of related experience in financial markets and/or financial products or related
Fluency in Portuguese required
Experience in a client-facing role working with high net worth Latin American clients.
Ability to discuss legal matters pertaining to the structure of investments and follow up with lawyers to obtain documents as necessary
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
