Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Buyer or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Aerospace Industry • Experience procuring a broad range of commodities • Familiarity with contract language and basic understanding of corporate legal terms • Comfortable working productively with all levels of corporate structure. Primarily, but not limited to Program Management and Engineering Computer Skills: • MRP system experience • MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Other Skills: • Fluency in English language is required. • Communication skills at all levels, including the ability to summarize and simplify complex subjects • Understanding of technical environments and customer's expectations • Technical understanding of landing gear and manufacturing processes • Ability to read and analyze engineering prints • Team player • Analytical, synthetically minded and rigorous • Strongly organized with a results oriented personality • Tenacity and perseverance • Strong relationship builderFull Time
