CNC Vacuum Former B

1. Determines proper heat, time and vacuum cycles and set the press controls accordingly. Must know what the different thickness of plastic and the proper baking time of polycarbonate plastic. 2. Places vacuum molds in proper position, reserve molds, or request modifications to molds to obtain acceptable finished parts. 3. Develops a “Helper” shop aid when required to spread material to be formed. 4. Works from blueprints, Zodiac specifications and other written and verbal instructions 5. Sets up and operates automatic double heater vacuum form presses to produce deep drawn parts, must know how to operate the fire torch tank 6. All other duties as assigned. Employee is expected to follow all safety regulations, keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the assigned work area(s). Performs safety related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
