Job SummaryAs a Staff Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Products and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. Team SummaryOur Program Management team prioritizes customer relationships, operational excellence, and attention to detail. We focus on understanding our RAVE Systems (Products) and Internal Systems to deliver efficient solutions. Each team member plays a crucial role, impacting our overall performance. Together, we work collaboratively to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product and service performance, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage design and development processes from program inception to product delivery
  • Daily maintenance and performance management for product and service deliveries
  • Drive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time delivery
  • Oversee external and internal data preparation and collection for projects
  • Prepare cost justifications, recommend priorities, generate schedules, and develop solutions to customer issues
  • Represent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in a program or project management role
  • 5 years of experience managing and delivering complex programs within the aerospace industry highly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with the delivery and management of products and services
  • Experience with fostering strong relationships with external customers
  • Experience with project management or project scheduling
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups
BenefitsThe starting pay range for this position is $112,000 to $144,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
