We're looking for Interns enrolled in a four-year or post-graduate degree program with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent Microsoft Word skills. Light Adobe suite experience is also helpful. Interns should expect on-the-job training with additional documentation tools such as Madcap Flare. Knowledge of Figma is a bonus. This job will require attention to detail, the ability to learn and adapt to new information, interpersonal communication, and collaboration. Strong general computer skills and basic scientific concepts are also necessary.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working directly with our Technical Writing team to update existing documentation on diverse technical topics.
• Writing new technical documentation such as Application Notes, Release Notes, Installation Guides, Quick Start Guides, User Manuals, and Technical Notes.
• Interviewing Lead Engineers and Subject Matter Experts on both hardware and software topics in order to understand technical detail and translate that detail into customer-facing documentation.
• Consider User Experience and User Interface best practices as necessary for shaping our product designs.
• Testing our product performance hands-on while comparing the demonstrated behavior with existing documentation.
• Analyzing and reporting performance issues during test procedures.
• Maintaining our high standard in terms of branding and graphic design using our templates and guidelines.
• Manipulating text, images, templates, and out-of-date documents to better serve our technical writing team and our customers.
• Working in a global, multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams toward a common design goal.
