Salary Range : $35,000 - $45,000

SAFREST Resources specializes in healthcare and legal staffing and recruitment. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Warminster, PA, to manage phone outreach and HR tasks.

Responsibilities : Phone Outreach :

Phone Outreach :

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Source new candidates and research their contact information.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships.
• Achieve outreach targets.

HR :

• Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Maintain employee records.
• Support onboarding and training.
• Address basic HR inquiries.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in phone outreach or HR support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS knowledge a plus.
