We are actively looking for a Full-Time Case Management Supervisor to assist our Case Management Team providing services in our Outpatient program by providing orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support.

SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for a Case Management Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area!

This position will work some days in a SAGE office and some days remotely (hybrid).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree required, in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing case management services
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices, preferred
