As part of our growth, we are looking for dynamic and talented professionals to join our team. The Dental Staff Sourcer - Junior Recruiter (remote) searches for Dental Assistants, Front Office and Office Manager candidates in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. The successful candidate will have solid experience in implementing sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking sites, and using innovative sourcing tools and strategies to find passive and diverse talent. This individual is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and is instrumental in helping to develop a pipeline of qualified individuals for future and current vacancies.

- Partner with Recruiting partners to develop and understand position requirements
- Build talent pools by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivating a strong network of passive talent
- Participate in strategy calls
- Conduct cold calls to Dental Assistants, Office Managers and Front Office Staff about joining Sage Dental
- Leverage technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity
- Promote employer brand
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting or sourcing; dental experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of dental experience
- Basic knowledge of Boolean operators and creation of search strings, social media applications, and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have personal integrity and accept accountability for actions and decisions
- Possess strong communication skills
- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to travel up to 10% to attend dental conferences, career fairs, etc
