DescriptionSAGE Dining Services® is actively seeking an Assistant Food Service Director for a private day school in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for people, food, and community, and should stay current with food trends. We are looking for someone who is proactive, possesses solid administrative skills, and is enthusiastic about making a difference.
The Assistant Food Service Director supports the Director in managing all facets of the account, including production, costing, inventory control, ordering, maintaining production records, menu planning, merchandising, LTOs, HACCP processes, and P&L oversight. Additionally, the ASFD will provide support with back-of-house operations as needed.
You would be responsible for the meal service for the upper school retail dining program, however you would also aid in the production and catering at the lower school.
