- 5 years of experience in a high-volume catering kitchen.
- Monday to Friday availability.
- Part-time to full-time hours (30-40 weekly)

- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
- Set up and break down the dish machine and santize equipment in the kitchen.
- Assist cooks and chefs with kitchen cleanliness.
- Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
- Experience in a high volume catering kitchen is required.
- Ability to understand directions and work independently as well as a team player.
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
- Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
- Have knowledge of commercial dishwashing machines
- Ability to properly set up a 3 compartment sink and commercial dishwasher.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).
- Be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
