SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a full-time Dishwasher / Utility to join our team at a private day school in Reading MA.

Reliable transportation is required, as this is not convenient to public transportation.

What you'll do :

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Rotate products in inventory.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
• Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
• Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
• Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
• Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.

What you'll need :

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
