Our recruiting team works collaboratively with our operations managers to attract and hire passionate individuals who want a career, not just a job. The recruiter sources and pre-interviews applicants and sends the best to the managers for in-person interviews at SAGE locations. The recruiting team meets daily to discuss successes, challenges and best practices which help bridge the gap of each of the recruiters working from their home offices. The team is part of a larger Human Resources group that is located in SAGE’s Home office in Lutherville, MD, a suburb of Baltimore, MD.
Pay Type$70,000 - $80,000 Salary

- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications
- Coordinate Hiring events within the region.
- Create great candidate experiences by working with candidates with their screening documents.
- Recommend qualified individuals to operations leadership to quickly fill vacancies.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Awesome phone skills
- Fabulous references
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Spanish fluency is a super plus, but not required
- Experience working in food service a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of job boards, ATS and HRIS systems.
- Minimum three years' of high volume recruiting expeience.
- Advanced computer skills, intermediate skills in MS Word/Excel required.
- Minimum three years of experience using industry job boards.
- Travel ocassionally within the region as needed for hiring events.
