Pay Rate: Range $2200 to $2400 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: OR

Shift: 8 Hours; Days, 6.30a - 3.00p

Schedule: 40hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, 1-2 weekend days per schedule, On-call:4-5 calls/6 week

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
• Operating Room Nursing experience: Recent/Current, 2 years - Required
• Circulating experience - Required
• Travel experience - Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of OK or Compact - Required
• AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Certifications - Required

Job Description:

• The OR circulating nurse is responsible for planning and organizing the care of the patient in the OR setting and acts as the Patient Advocate.
• Duties include, but are not limited to delivery of patient care as a member of the surgical team and assumes appropriate responsibility for delivery of that care before, during and after surgery.
• Perform all routine duties of the circulating nurse as assigned.
