The Sales & Marketing Operations Intern works closely the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and members of the Corporate Sales team at the Sage Home Office. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, providing valuable insights and skills development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Pursuing BA/BS degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ExperienceWork experience or internship in hospitality finance, real estate, or hotel operations preferred.

The Sales & Marketing Operations Intern works closely the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and members of the Corporate Sales team at the Sage Home Office. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, providing valuable insights and skills development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
- Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in maintaining data in sales systems and databases as requested.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials.
- Attend Sales & Marketing Operations meetings as requested by leadership.
Pursuing BA/BS degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ExperienceWork experience or internship in hospitality finance, real estate, or hotel operations preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time wisely to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while also maintaining rapport with other team members.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
