Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting with computer networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development and possess knowledge of AWS, Outlook, Mac OS, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on computer systems and software
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot software problems and perform necessary repairs or updates
- Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up and maintaining network connections
- Install and configure software applications on company computers
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of computer systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of computer systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware components
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Mac OS, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist end-users with technical problems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
