Job Summary:

Reporting to senior leadership, the VP of Business Intelligence & Analytics will lead a team focused on optimizing data, visualizing insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will leverage advanced analytics to shape operational strategies, unify diverse data sources, and foster a data-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that enhance business strategy and outcomes.
• Use data analysis to influence operational decisions across the organization.
• Design and implement dynamic dashboards and scorecards for real-time decision-making.
• Strategically position analysts to effectively support data-driven decisions across various business units and functions.
• Promote a culture of analytical thinking and data-driven operations within the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve data definitions, standardize data sources, and unify data from multiple platforms.
• Apply quantitative skills in statistics, modeling, and research to address key business challenges.
• Work with decision-makers to select and manage tools and vendors that align with organizational goals, including enabling self-service analytics.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in analytical roles, with 3 years in leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to use data to drive operational improvements.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing analytical teams.
• Alignment with the organization's core values.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dallas with occasional travel (~10%).
• Experience with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and system implementation is preferred.
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields such as data science, information systems, or statistics are a plus.
