Construction Site Supervisor - Residential
About Us:

Summary of Position:
Take the lead role in managing the construction of new residential communities.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor development of the site to include all utilities.
- Take charge of scheduling all sub-contractors on multiple buildings using construction software program.
- Ensure all work is being completed in accordance with the schedule, approved plans, and documents.
- Communicate with the Project Manager, engineers, and architects to remedy any problems and quickly document the solution to avoid stoppages.
- Responsible for communication and documentation for local and state enforcement agencies to include required inspections.
- Manage the sub-contractors work for quality, cleanliness, and proper materials usage.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Communicate with new homebuyers for walkthroughs, scheduling, site visits, progress reports, etc.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
- 5 years construction experience (minimum 2 years as site supervisor)
- Must be proficient at reading architectural, structural and MEP plans.
- Ability to use construction management software. Knowledge of Builder Trend a plus.
- Must have transportation and valid driver’s license.
Physical requirement:
- Position requires the ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs on the construction site.
- Work in all weather conditions.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
