Hours: 2:00p - 11:00p

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:Under general direction of the Director of IT, the IT/IS Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s users and assisting with Windows infrastructure as well as being the DevOps point of contact at our Whiteland, IN location. SHIFT HOURS: Day shift (M-F), however, flexibility may be required depending on business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as IT support person in the following areas / technologies:
• Desktop support
• Office 365
• GoToAssist / Remote Desktop Services
• Windows desktop OS
• Active Directory/Azure AD Administration
• Windows Servers 2012 (R2) / Windows Servers 2022
• Serve as on-site DevOps support contact
• Assist in system and application installations, upgrades, and migrations
• Collaborate with IT/IS team members to resolve any system and application issues
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, user guides and training materials
• Monitor systems up time and ensure high availability and reliability of applications and systems.
• Track and manage support tickets using a helpdesk system
• Escalates issues to appropriate teams when necessary and ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with other IT/IS team members to ensure seamless integration and support and system and applications.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and vulnerabilities to ensure the security of data and systems
• Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent course of study or work experience

***Relevant industry certifications can supplement degree***

• 2 Years in an IT or IS role
• Experience with .net framework, PowerShell and C# a huge bonus
• Experience with infrastructure and networking technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well with employees at all levels
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
