Support vulnerable runaway and homeless youth to develop the skills they need to reach their full potential. Join a team of experts in saving lives and creating futures for youth.

The case manager works directly with youth and their families to support them and alleviate family crisis. The case manager will work with community partners (schools, counseling agencies, other non-profits) to identify youth who are homeless or who have runaway and connect these youth with our program services.

Th case manager candidate must have a bachelor degree in human services or a related field. Previous experience working in a residential setting, working with vulnerable youth, and conducting community outreach is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
