The case manager works directly with youth and their families to support them and alleviate family crisis. The case manager will work with community partners (schools, counseling agencies, other non-profits) to identify youth who are homeless or who have runaway and connect these youth with our program services.
Th case manager candidate must have a bachelor degree in human services or a related field. Previous experience working in a residential setting, working with vulnerable youth, and conducting community outreach is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
