About The RoleWe are looking for a self-motivated content owner, an experienced and versatile content writer who can effectively communicate our vision, mission, product offerings, and technologies in an engaging, clear, and technically proficient manner. This role includes driving content strategy, researching topics, regularly publishing blog posts, creating content for our website and externally facing docs, and editing product documentation and user interface text.

About The RoleWe are looking for a self-motivated content owner, an experienced and versatile content writer who can effectively communicate our vision, mission, product offerings, and technologies in an engaging, clear, and technically proficient manner. This role includes driving content strategy, researching topics, regularly publishing blog posts, creating content for our website and externally facing docs, and editing product documentation and user interface text.
Responsibilities
- Propose and drive the content strategy to help increase brand awareness, product awareness, and community growth; design and manage the content calendar.
- Create engaging content across various channels to drive audience engagement and thought leadership, including website, blog, product videos, and Twitter content support.
- Help edit product and technical documentation, including technology descriptions, step-by-step guides, developer resources, and architectural documents.
- Proactively research topics and collaborate with technical & product leads, marketing, and ecosystem growth teams to identify topics for different target audiences.
- Enhance the text in the Sahara product interfaces and ensure consistent terminology.
- Analyze the effectiveness of content using metrics.
- Help us establish ourselves as opinion leaders in AI and blockchain.
- 5 years of proven experience as a writer or in a related role for tech companies, specifically in a SAAS company or other B2B software products.
- Experience in writing technical documents is highly desired.
- Writing and content creation experience in Web3 and/or AI is a big plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic about content planning and execution.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language; able to write concise, well-structured, cohesive, and grammatically correct content.
- Ability to analyze and structure large amounts of information.
- Experience with SEO and understanding of its impact on copywriting.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment.
- Eager to learn technologies and services; willing to delve into details.
- Broad knowledge in the field of information technology.
- Include links to your writing samples in your resume.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
