Description

SAIC has an opening for a Program Analyst - Navy support in Crane, IN. Hybrid remote authorized two days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Selected candidate will be responsible for providing organization plans, maintain SOP archive and participate in documentation audits of all assigned tasks related to the execution of JXW divisional support.
• The Contractor shall support tasks in planning, organizing, technical analysis and recommendations, and reporting for engineering services and acquisition engineering for Maneuver, Surveillance and Engagement Systems.
• Selected candidate will be able to work independently or with a team to provide procedures/record management and be able to help with presentations at the division level.
• Coordinate and implement Configuration Management (CM) and documentation control procedures within the Division.
• Provide instruction and assistance to Division personnel and support contractors on document development, control, and maintenance practices and expectations.
• Provide instruction and assistance to Division and support contractors on configuration management practices and expectations.
• Conduct a CM review of all Division-level documents.
• Ensure the characteristics of Division-level document configuration items (CIs) do not change without proper approval.
• Maintain a list of all Projects, programs, and organizations within JXW with their own or Sponsor-approved Configuration Management Plan/Process and/or Document Control Plan/Process. Ensure Projects, programs, and organizations provide a copy of, or access to, these documents.
• Maintain the MDL for Division-level documents.
• Set next review dates in the repository to ensure documents are reviewed at the required intervals.
• Initiate periodic reviews of documents within the repository.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and three (3) years of related experience. An additional four (4) years of experience may be applied in lieu of a bachelors.
