Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
Have a BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields
Have an active Public Trust clearance, or be able to obtain one
Must Be a US Citizen

- Provide support for on-call and/or on-site operations and maintenance support.

- Conduct training courses for new, modified or upgraded VTC systems.
- Develop an Operation and Maintenance Procedures Manual for the VTC system.
- Provide support for identification of an operations and maintenance infrastructure to satisfy the organization and system operational and mission requirements.
- Implement operation and maintenance procedures for the VTC system.
- Conduct maintenance activities.
