Role Overview:
As a Freight Pay & Audit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing cross-regional freight pay activities, supporting data analysis, and collaborating with vendors and carriers. Your expertise in logistics and ability to solve complex issues will directly impact operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end freight pay and audit activities across regions, including tactical and transactional duties.
- Support the logistics team with data analysis, generating reports, and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and freight pay vendors to ensure accurate and timely payments to carriers.
- Solve complex billing and logistics issues while maintaining alignment with global processes.
